Florida drug rehab saved my life.  And not only my life, either.  The lives of my kids, my husband, and my family were saved. I know if I hadn’t gone I would be dead and my family would be left to pick up the pieces.  It was a hard decision to make, but I’m glad I did and I’m glad I choose Florida. Alcohol treatment was something else I sought help for and it was nice to be able to deal with both addictions at the same time.

There were several different Florida drug treatment centers I could have gone to but I picked the one that I thought I would be the most comfortable with.  The treatment program was grounded in the belief that I had to help myself.  Not only did it help with my addiction, it also helped me with issues of low self esteem and self doubt.  When I left I felt like a whole new person who now had the tools to live a clean life.

It’s going to take my family, especially my children a while to learn to trust me again, but I know in time they will.  And I know I have a great support system in place so if I ever feel like I might slip I have people to help me make sure that doesn’t happen.
