Working full time and managing responsibilities at home leave little time for education and self improvement. While many companies pay for their employees to pursue education, they do not afford their employees time away from work and business travel to commit to school and its responsibilities. Many people who work full time find online or internet courses easier to fit into their lives since classes can be taken in the evenings or on the weekends.
As an audiologist, I have a full load of clients I work with weekly. If new clients are interested in my services, I have a waiting list which means I can’t just take a few hours off a week to take classes. Taking courses through the Transitional Doctor of Audiology Online allowed me to continue to serve my clients and get the education I needed to grow my business and stay up to date on the new findings and research developed which could help my clients.
