One of the things that I love about my job as a delivery driver is the many businesses that I get to interact with.  It not only gives me a wide range of experiences, but also makes my job a lot more interesting than sitting behind a desk.  Except for struggling with traffic sometimes, it has been a very rewarding experience.

This past week has been the best week at this job yet.  You see, I have been delivering boat parts around the city to the many Mercruiser Parts dealers and have had the opportunity to take a look around their lots.  There are definitely some very nice boats out there to buy, and maybe when I get my summer bonus this year, maybe my wife (fingers crossed) will let me get one.

For the most part I have been delivering Mercruiser and Evinrude parts which has been pretty easy.  I like the fact that I don’t have to sort through a pile of envelopes while doing this, but instead just have to look through boxes.  It has been definitely an easy assignment.

Well, lunch break is over – I should get back to work.  There are many more deliveries I need to make today.
